• Negotiate workout solutions and ensure prompt resolution of legal matters
• Specialize in areas such as Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy, Probate, and Workout

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loss mitigation or related fields
• Proven knowledge of collection regulations, techniques, and practices
• Understanding of bankruptcy law and principles related to real estate transactions
• Knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal regulations regarding real estate resale
• PC skills and familiarity with workout options
