Loss Mitigation SPOC Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SPOC Agent to support borrowers through critical stages of the loss mitigation process.

Key Responsibilities of the SPOC Agent:

• Serve as the dedicated borrower liaison, guiding customers through the loss mitigation lifecycle
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of delinquent accounts for timely outreach and resolution activities
• Conduct inbound and outbound borrower conversations related to collections and account status updates

Qualifications and Skills for the SPOC Agent:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• At least two years of hands-on experience in Loss Mitigation serving as a single point of contact
• Working expertise with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, along with familiarity with FHA and VA requirements
• Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection laws, bankruptcy procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
• Access to a quiet, private workspace with a hardwired high-speed internet connection
