Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Supervisor to oversee loss mitigation functions and manage team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor metrics to maximize productivity, efficiency, and compliance in loss mitigation
• Hire, train, and manage team members while conducting quality control audits on loans
• Provide coaching and guidance on loan workouts and manage department projects for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with some college or technical training; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Seven or more years of mortgage default and loss mitigation experience, including two years in a supervisory role
• Expert-level knowledge of mortgage loan documents and compliance with federal regulations
• Advanced math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with document retention software preferred
