Job Summary

Managing the Loss Mitigation department, the full-time salaried Loss Mitigation Supervisor will oversee workflow, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and performance evaluations for staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supervises daily operations of the Loss Mitigation department to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Reviews loss mitigation transactions for accuracy and quality, providing process improvements as needed
  • Conducts staff development activities, including performance evaluations, training, and addressing employee issues
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in a Collections/Loss Mitigation role, preferably in Financial Services
  • Ability to interpret business documents and governmental regulations
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculating figures and amounts
  • Experience in managing staff and conducting performance appraisals
