Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite loss mitigation applications and analyze borrower financial information
• Collaborate with various investors to determine retention eligibility and process workouts in compliance with guidelines
• Maintain a loan-level portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate processing while adhering to regulatory deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree related to the position or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of mortgage servicing experience or one year in loss mitigation roles
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and compliance with federal regulations
• Thorough understanding of mortgage underwriting and loss mitigation processes
• Intermediate math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
