Loss Mitigation Underwriting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Underwriting Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Underwriting team to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to staff for performance improvement
• Track and measure employee performance to meet default servicing standards

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
• 8-10 years of mortgage servicing experience, including loss mitigation
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 5 or more
• Advanced expertise in foreclosure
• 5+ years understanding of Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Servicing Regulation
