Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Loss Prevention Analyst will monitor, track, and administer identification reviews on dealer and individual accounts, focusing on identifying suspicious activity through extensive documentation review.

Key responsibilities
  • Document reviews of phone verifications, dealer files, and supporting documents to prevent suspicious activity
  • Correspond with customers and dealers regarding verification processes and assist with daily workflow
  • Complete compliance calls on elevated issues and recommend stipulations for accounts under management guidance
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
  • Ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Experience in effectively communicating before groups of customers or employees
