Loss Prevention Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Loss Prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data analytics and reporting systems to detect unauthorized teaching activities
• Monitor digital channels for underground teaching solicitation and support communication with suspected underground instructors
• Collaborate with resort leadership, legal, and security teams on enforcement actions and provide training on fraud prevention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in resort operations, loss prevention, investigations, or business analytics
• Understanding of legal enforcement procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau
• Strong organizational skills
