Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lost Pet Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements
  • Manages incoming contacts regarding customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries
  • Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service, call center, or relevant experience
  • Only Canadian residents will be considered for this position
  • Availability to work shifts between 8:00 am and 12:00 midnight, 7 days a week
  • Understanding of customer service policies and product knowledge
  • Compliance with federal and state regulations, if applicable
