Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Louisiana Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume communications while ensuring a smooth order process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage phone calls regarding existing orders and new order placements
  • Document issues in Confluence and follow up with process servers to ensure order completion
  • Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
  • Experience with document manipulation and the ability to transcribe information accurately
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Ability to maintain composure and high-quality work in stressful situations
