Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer service, the remote Louisiana Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume communications while ensuring a smooth order process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage phone calls regarding existing orders and new order placements
- Document issues in Confluence and follow up with process servers to ensure order completion
- Visit court dockets for information on case filings and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
- Experience with document manipulation and the ability to transcribe information accurately
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Ability to maintain composure and high-quality work in stressful situations
