Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Louisiana Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to orders, and manage high-volume communications while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with order placements and inquiries
  • Document issues in Confluence and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Experience with document manipulation and the ability to implement new processes
