Job Summary

A company is looking for a Louisiana Dual Licensed Remote Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions to adult healthcare workers
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Incorporate measurement-based tools to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Dual licensed clinician with independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist, plus a license in another specified state
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
• Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals or first responders
• Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
• Comfort with video therapy platforms, EHRs, and using assessment tools
