Job Summary

Leading application teams in a full-time capacity, the Louisiana Epic Grand Central Lead will mentor staff, drive the design and optimization of Epic systems, and ensure effective support for healthcare operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide application teams by providing clear direction, mentorship, and technical expertise
• Analyze workflows to transform user needs into effective solutions for system improvement
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned applications, managing their full lifecycle from design to support

Required qualifications

• Epic Grand Central certification required and maintained per Epic guidelines
• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required; a Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
• 5 years of healthcare IT or Epic experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience with an Associate's or High School Diploma
• Preferred experience in Epic implementation
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
