Key responsibilities
  • Review decision/denial letters and draft summaries of evidence for appeal hearings
  • Monitor deadlines for submission of appeal files and collaborate with internal departments for information gathering
  • Conduct appeals hearings over the phone with the Division of Administrative Law
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in health and human services, social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field
