Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with a background in Mortgage to join their legal practice remotely in Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings in various counties throughout Louisiana
• Manage files and monitor cases to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings and responses

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in Mortgage law
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited university
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana
• Experience with Black Knight and FNMA guidelines is a plus
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality work
