Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Behavioral Health Utilization Management Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight, support, and direction to a remote team of Utilization Management Reviewers
• Manage daily operations, including monitoring work assignments and ensuring timely processing of prior authorization requests
• Ensure the team meets operational goals through auditing, coaching, and training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor Degree in Nursing (preferred) for RN candidates
• Master Degree in Social Work required for Licensed Social Work candidates
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience and substance use disorder experience in a clinical setting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a remote behavioral health utilization management team
• Active and unencumbered professional licensure in the relevant state for RN or LMSW candidates
