Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll employees in their company's voluntary and supplemental benefit plans
• Assist employees with filing claims for supplemental insurance coverage
• Provide ongoing administrative support to policyholders and employer accounts, ensuring smooth benefits management

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• 1-2 years of employee benefits experience
• Life & Health insurance license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
