Job Summary

A company is looking for a Job Search Strategist/Career Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Advise and coach on career development, transition issues, and job search strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in job search strategy/career coaching
• Currently resides in the Lafayette, LA area with knowledge of local job searching
• Experience with virtual coaching
• Familiarity with navigating VISA challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Master's degree in a related field and coaching certification preferred
