Louisiana Licensed Case Manager RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Triage injury/illness calls and determine treatment needs
• Coordinate with medical facilities and provide updates to clients and injured workers
• Document case details and assist in field case management services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of a vocational nursing program
• Valid RN license for the state of Louisiana or compact multistate license
• Obtain CWCP certification within two years of employment
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a clinical or occupational health setting
• Preferred experience in ER, ICU, or PACU
