• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, ensuring trust and satisfaction
• Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance in addressing client risk management needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities
