Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations - RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards
• Direct patient care activities and promote hospice education to the community
• Manage staffing, training, and performance improvement initiatives within the agency

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
• 3+ years of experience in a hospice, home health, or healthcare service delivery setting (preferred)
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience (preferred)
