Louisiana Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track clinical projects to support strategic objectives with provider groups and hospital systems
• Analyze data and develop key interventions to support the Triple Aim, including creating work plans and policies
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement and track progress of action plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher, or a Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or Business Administration
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in Louisiana or Compact licensure
• 5-7 years of experience in managed care, focusing on quality improvement or clinical operations
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Experience in project management and data analysis to drive outcomes
