Louisiana Licensed Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the compliance and privacy manager for assigned areas, the full-time remote Louisiana Licensed Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory and contract compliance, implement compliance programs, and coordinate audits while residing in Louisiana.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the implementation and operation of the Compliance Program for assigned areas, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and state regulations
• Develops and updates formal written compliance programs, educating staff on compliance requirements
• Coordinates with internal audit and special investigations on compliance matters, ensuring corrective actions for deficiencies are implemented

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of compliance-related experience
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA and federal/state regulatory processes
• Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid managed care is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
