Job Summary
A company is looking for GIS Technicians to work remotely for the State of Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities
- Data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and modeling
- Building and maintaining GIS applications using scripting and geoprocessing tools
- Conducting spatial analysis and generating reports to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Experience with GIS software and hardware configuration and optimization
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS Suite and other GIS technologies
- Ability to provide technical assistance and training to client staff
- Experience in data management and analysis
- Relevant education or training in Information Technology or related fields
