Job Summary

As a per diem Louisiana Licensed Home Health RN, the candidate will manage after-hours triage calls, assess patient needs, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to calls from patients and family members, assessing problems and delivering patient-focused care
• Document calls accurately in the electronic medical records system and coordinate with on-call nurses for timely nursing assessments
• Facilitate orientation for new personnel and maintain exemplary communication with patients and healthcare professionals

Required qualifications:

• Current, unrestrictive Registered Nurse license in all states of practice
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently
