Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by connecting with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS
• Utilize insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions from a broad product portfolio
• Obtain or utilize a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license with support from the company

Required Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in the state of residence is preferred
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus is preferred
• Open to working weekend and night hours
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to work independently and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
