Job Summary

Managing the full life cycle of leave cases, the full-time Louisiana Licensed Leave Specialist will administer the leave administration program, coordinate with HR and management, and ensure timely updates and closure of cases while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assists employees and managers with the leave of absence process by explaining policies and procedures
  • Determines leave eligibility and type based on state and federal laws and company policy, while managing associated documentation
  • Coordinates with relevant parties to administer FMLA and other leave types, ensuring timely follow-up and communication regarding leave status and employee benefits
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of HR-related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent personal computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
