Job Summary

To support the expansion of a leading national firm, the full-time Louisiana Licensed Managing Attorney in Creditors' Rights & Foreclosure will oversee a high-volume caseload, manage and grow the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations, and supervise support staff while developing case strategies in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and growing the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations
  • Handle and oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload
  • Supervise paralegals and support staff while ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of creditors' rights experience
  • Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements within the Louisiana market
  • Strong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a local office
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
