Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive forensic examinations of medical records and billing documents to identify inaccuracies or fraud
• Serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings, providing testimony on medical coding and billing matters
• Document findings and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to support potential legal proceedings

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in medical billing and coding, focusing on forensic analysis
• 5 or more years' experience with End-To-End Revenue Cycle Management
• 5 or more years' experience in medical record documentation review
• In-depth understanding of healthcare billing processes and correct coding application
• Certification in Medical Coding, such as CPC or CCS
