Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Nurse Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document, and communicate all aspects of the utilization/benefit management program
• Consult with internal and external constituents regarding the utilization/benefit management function
• Gather clinical information to render coverage determinations and facilitate optimal care

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical practice experience in an inpatient setting
• 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active current and unrestricted LA or compact state licensure
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience with MS Office Suites
