Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Analyst (Registered Nurse).

Key Responsibilities

Support implementation of client contracts and organize key details (scope, staffing, reporting)
Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, reports, and client-facing deliverables
Build Excel trackers/dashboards and PowerPoint presentations

Required Qualifications

Active RN license + Bachelor's degree
2+ years clinical experience (occupational health or related preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams & OneDrive, and Adobe
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
Demonstrated experience creating high-quality deliverables (reports, SOPs, presentations)
