Job Summary

To support a medication therapy management program, the full-time remote Louisiana Licensed Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists with daily tasks, prepare comprehensive medication reviews, and ensure member access to medications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with daily tasks and medication interventions
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and reconcile medication lists
• Collaborate with care managers to improve access and outcomes to medications

Required qualifications

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician by the state board of pharmacy
• Experience in medication therapy management
• Knowledge of managed care context
• Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with co-workers and medical practices
