Louisiana Licensed Podiatrist Reviewer

Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the Louisiana Licensed Podiatrist Reviewer will leverage clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive medical record reviews and provide objective opinions on foot and ankle conditions as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing medical records and supporting documentation to assess medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Conducting evidence-based clinical assessments and preparing clear, comprehensive written reports
• Participating in peer-to-peer discussions and answering client-specific questions regarding podiatric diagnoses and treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
• Board Certification or Board Qualification in Podiatric Medicine and/or Surgery preferred
• Current, unrestricted Louisiana podiatry license
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Active clinical practice or recent experience in evaluating foot and ankle conditions preferred
