Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day project management support and create project documentation
Plan resource utilization and track project milestones throughout the lifecycle
Act as a liaison for OTS and in-scope agencies, providing training and documentation as needed

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in managing projects
Expertise in project management methodologies
Experience with software/hardware maintenance documentation
Familiarity with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects is desirable
PMP or SCRUM Master certification is a plus
