Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time or full-time Louisiana Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and treat patients with various psychiatric conditions remotely, utilizing evidence-based approaches while enjoying clinical autonomy and significant administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD, performing comprehensive psychiatric assessments
- Promote a culture of compassion and empathy in all patient interactions and care approaches
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with other mental health professionals
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a PMHNP in Louisiana
- Board certification as a PMHNP (ANCC)
- Active DEA registration
- At least 1 year of professional experience practicing as a PMHNP
- Commitment to a minimum 1-year tenure with the team
