Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Louisiana Licensed Retirement Specialist will manage the administration, testing, and reporting of 401(k) plans remotely, ensuring client compliance and understanding of necessary government filings.

Key responsibilities
  • Work with clients to obtain necessary information for annual reporting and prepare required government filings
  • Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy while reconciling plans using Excel and administration software
  • Educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plans and maintain proactive communication throughout the reporting process
Required qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Must pass a background check and meet work-from-home requirements
