Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the Complex Case Management unit, the remote Louisiana Licensed RN Supervisor will provide clinical direction, support staff in case management activities, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and clinical direction for the Complex Case Management unit
• Supervise and support staff conducting case management, care coordination, and screening activities
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required
• Unrestricted licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Louisiana
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory or field leadership experience
• 3 to 5 years of case management experience in a clinical or managed care environment
• Designation of Certified Case Manager is preferred
