Louisiana Licensed Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to provide sales leadership and training for independent agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new independent contractor agents
• Train agents on products and sales tools
• Communicate with and retain top-level independent contractor agents

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
• High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
• One or more years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
• Experience in managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common software applications
