Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director to provide sales leadership and coordinate training activities for independent agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new independent contractor agents and ensure timely on-boarding
• Regularly train agents on products and selling tools while retaining top-level agents
• Strive to meet company sales objectives and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
• 2-4 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
• Valid life & health insurance license required
• Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude while adhering to company policies
• Essential computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications
