Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative, Inbound Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on insurance needs
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages and products
• Work a flexible schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in typing and PC skills
