Job Summary
Marketing a full range of banking services to SBA loan eligible businesses, the full-time remote Louisiana Licensed SBA Officer will focus on client contact, loan origination, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Self-source SBA loan origination with a focus on client engagement and analysis
- Review financial statements, structure SBA loan proposals, and prepare credit packages
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as agency guidelines and organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
- A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience
- Experience in SBA loan origination and familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in PC and internet usage
