Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Jira Application Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide part-time support, responding to communications within specified timeframes
- Maintain, support, troubleshoot, and upgrade Jira, including external application integrations
- Transfer technical knowledge and provide training and documentation to State personnel
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with multi-node data center instance upgrades (9.x version minimum)
- Proficiency in updating Jira application configuration files
- Experience with Bash and Groovy scripting
- Knowledge of RHEL command line and maintaining CRON table entries
- Experience with TSQL and SQL Server database object management
