Louisiana Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary

To support K-12 students in a virtual setting, the part-time Louisiana Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct therapy services remotely, working approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support students' communication goals

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Louisiana SLP Department of Education Certification
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
• Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
