Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Director (Mental Health) to lead the development and oversight of clinical offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch 1:1 therapy offerings, including care models and clinical standards
• Oversee clinical programming and ensure compliance with insurance and payer requirements
• Recruit, hire, and manage clinical staff while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active clinical licensure in at least one U.S. state, preferably Louisiana
• 10+ years of clinical experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth and knowledge of insurance-based care models
• Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and regulatory frameworks in mental health care
