Job Summary

Providing virtual behavioral services, the part-time Louisiana Licensed Virtual Therapist will deliver remote measurement-informed care, monitor participant progress, and collaborate with a care team, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement-informed care through evidence-based models of treatment
• Monitor participant progress and document session notes while providing follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, ensuring compliance with company protocols and maintaining confidentiality standards

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Current, active, and unrestricted license in Louisiana as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 15 hours per week, and a maximum of 19 hours per week
