Job Summary
Providing administrative and operational support, the part-time Louisiana Office Assistant will manage customer service interactions, document management, and calendar coordination in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients via phone and email
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including data entry, document management, and preparation of reports

Required qualifications
