Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing Personal Injury claims by organizing and summarizing records and evidence
• Support claim development from intake to resolution by gathering documentation and preparing demand packages
• Serve as a primary contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, ensuring effective communication and case management

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Louisiana
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while collaborating with a team
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required
