Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
• Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
• Skilled in HRIS systems such as Workday and SmartRecruiters
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word and Excel
