Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment processes and connect candidates with meaningful job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates through various platforms and events
  • Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivators with business needs
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates using SmartRecruiters and partner with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday and SmartRecruiters, as well as Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
