Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment processes and connect candidates with meaningful job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates through various platforms and events
- Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivators with business needs
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates using SmartRecruiters and partner with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
- Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday and SmartRecruiters, as well as Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
