Key Responsibilities

• Learn existing technical infrastructure and conduct discovery meetings with internal teams
• Write scoping documents and build prototypes of updated workflows or tools
• Deploy approved solutions, manage documentation, and train staff on new systems

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building technical tools or workflow automation
• Strong scripting fundamentals in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript)
• Ability to envision complex interconnected systems and anticipate changes
• Strong documentation skills for technical instructions and user-facing guides
• Effective independent remote worker with a history of meeting deadlines
